As part of our global Youth Connect programme aiming to empower young people to make a meaningful impact, we are hosting educational workshops on the topic of gender equality and female leadership. We are joining forces with Love Unbound: Five Films For Freedom – the festival that aims to explore a variety of LGBTQIA+ and gender equality experiences by harnessing the transformative influence of arts and culture – taking place in Athens and Thessaloniki.
The workshops aim to discuss the value of gender equality in leadership and its indisputable impact in addressing the different challenges we come across in our daily contexts with regards to gender at work. Through personal reflection and exchange of experiences, we will present good practices (projects, campaigns, policies, actions) that can help you manage challenges on a personal and professional level.
