Think Social. Act Business. is now expanding under the auspices of the EUNIC Greece network.

In collaboration with Loft2work, the Embassy of Austria and the social enterprise 180º, we are hosting a workshop on Social Entrepreneurship in Education.

The workshop consists of two separate sessions:

Social Entrepreneurs in Education (11.00–13.00)

This first session is designed primarily for social entrepreneurs and researchers, and will take the form of a discussion. It aims to promote knowledge sharing and create networking opportunities.

Please note that the maximum number of participants is ten.

Social Entrepreneurship in Education (17.00–20.00)

The second session is an interactive workshop designed for students, social entrepreneurs, non-profit organisations, policy makers and companies. It will focus on solutions that social enterprises can provide in the education sector, particularly with regard to access to education.

Speakers

  • Mag. Philipp Schoeffmann
    Founder of the International Network for Educational Exchange (INEX) and Managing Director of the Centre of Expertise at the University of Economics and Business in Vienna, Philipp Schoeffmann is a specialist in creating high-impact business models and sustainability. He has also served as an advisor to the Austrian government.
  • Dr Fabienne Babinsky
    Dr Babinsky is a co-founder of the International Network for Educational Exchange (INEX), a social entrepreneur, sustainability consultant, social scientist and researcher, whose aim is to design and deliver the world’s most outstanding learning experiences. She has assisted institutions in the public and private sector in developing sustainability strategies and practices, and in implementing interdisciplinary curricula according to holistic learning models.

Both sessions will be held in English.
